Forward Head Posture
This is fairly self-explanatory; a forward head posture is when you hold your head forward on the body. Typically, its associated with rounding of the shoulders. Some things that can cause this are: using a computer for long periods of time, watching TV, and incorrect sleeping positions. With this, comes shortness and tightness of muscles and soft tissue located in the front of the neck and upper chest. The muscles also weaken in the back of the neck and upper back. This can lead to chronic pain and mal-alignment of the neck.
